Every artwork is meticulously packaged using acid-free archival materials, heavy-duty bubble wrap, and custom-fitted reinforced cardboard boxes or wooden crates to prevent any damage during transit.
What is your return policy for home decor and art?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. If the piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Do you provide certificates of authenticity?
Yes, every original artwork purchased from ART GODA comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity to guarantee its provenance and value.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 days, while international deliveries can take 10-21 days depending on customs processing.
Can I request a custom size or commission a specific piece?
We do facilitate custom commissions for many of our artists. Please contact our support team with your specific dimensions and style preferences for a personalized quote.
